Nice style, smooth and strong. Something that I really appreciate in sketches is a good angle. If Rogers' head was turned slightly more in the direction his eyes are looking, I think it would add plenty of desirable impact.

I like the hair - simple but impressionistic. I really love the buttons and folds on his shirt; they're realy difficult to make look natural. I like his expression, but they're seems to be something shallow about it...maybe add some more detail?

Overall, I think it's perfectly balanced and very well shaded. It looks exactly like ol' Steven. This is going in my favorites!
